Terms & Conditions for Traveling with Boone-Based TravelCrafters

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case that you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify us in writing by contacting bbtravelcrafters@gmail.com

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable or transferable. Refunds for the final balance payments vary depending on time from retreat start. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 5 months of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 3-5 months of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 60 days of the retreat, no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete, or for arriving late or leaving early.

In the event of safety, conflict/war pandemic, we reserve the right to cancel if we deem it necessary for the safety of the group. If such a cancellation occurs, participants will be refunded according to the above schedule. We strongly urge participants to purchase travel insurance which may recover their investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

PRICING

All prices are per person in USD. Prices only include costs directly related with the retreat, and inclusions where stated. Unless otherwise stated, the retreat pricing does not include airfares or airport transfers. Prices are fixed and are non-negotiable.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

It is the responsibility of each traveller to obtain all required travel documents including valid passports and visas. in most cases you must have at least 6 months validity on your passport in order to travel. it is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct immunizations. if in doubt, please contact your nearest travel clinic for the latest requirements.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

As part of your booking with us, you accept liability for any loss or damage caused by you or any member of your party during the course of your retreat. Payment for any loss or damage must be made to our supplier/venue or us at the time that it occurs or as soon as is reasonably practicable thereafter.

You are also responsible for your own behavior and any other members of your party. We can refuse to accept you as a customer or refuse to continue dealing with you and/or any other member of your party by terminating your retreat arrangements if your or their behavior is deemed to be inappropriate, disruptive, upsetting or dangerous to yourself or anyone else, or if you or any member of your party are likely to cause damage to the property. In these circumstances, we will not be liable to pay any refund, compensation or any expenses incurred by you if we have to terminate your booking arrangements due to unacceptable behavior. In this situation we will have no further responsibility for you or any other member in your party (including any return travel arrangements).

LIABILITY

I understand that parts of this program may be physically and/or emotionally demanding. I affirm that my health is good and that I am not under a physician’s care for any undisclosed condition that bears upon my overall fitness or ability to participate in activities. I recognize the inherent risk of injury that could result from any of the activities I participate in. I understand that a participant may choose not to participate in some or any of the activities. I release Boone-Based  Travel Crafters, its staff, vendors, supporting and sponsoring organizations and their staffs from all liability for any injury or tort(haha), implied or otherwise, to me from participation in Boone-Based Travel Crafters programs.

MEDIA

You give us permission to create and use photography, video, written or verbal testimony. You hereby grant us unrestricted permission to use and reuse, publish and publish in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material in any and all publishing and social media platforms now or hereafter known.
